Terms of Service

Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of Sparklo, which is operated by CINDELLE PTE.LTD. ("Cindelle", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using Sparklo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

Sparklo is an AI character chat application with a creator community. Sparklo can run through a local engine in the Android/local app or through the hosted web engine at app.sparklochat.com. Sparklo does not provide AI model credits directly — you bring your own AI provider account or API key.

Account and payment

• Beta registration may require a valid invite code
• Invite codes allow beta account creation only; they do not grant app access or APK downloads
• Sparklo app access is offered as a recurring subscription unless your account has an Angel lifetime grant or a transition grant
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• One account per person — sharing accounts or invite codes for commercial purposes is prohibited
• Paid access is processed by Stripe. Subscription management and refund terms are detailed in our Refund Policy

Community guidelines

• Do not redistribute, re-upload, or publicly share protected content from the community
• Do not attempt to extract, decrypt, or reverse-engineer protected content
• Do not harass, impersonate, or deceive other users or creators
• Do not upload malicious code, spam, or content that violates applicable laws
• Respect creators — their work is their intellectual property

The full Sparklo Community Guidelines are incorporated into these Terms by reference. By uploading content you agree to the version in effect at the time of upload. Sparklo may remove content, restrict uploads, or terminate accounts for violations, and may preserve records and report suspected illegal content to authorities.

Intellectual property

Creators retain full ownership of all content they create and share on Sparklo. By uploading content to the community, you grant Sparklo a limited license to store, encrypt, and distribute your content to authorized users. You may remove your content at any time, which revokes access for all users. Sparklo does not claim ownership over any user-created content.

Sparks (in-app currency)

Sparks are a virtual currency used within Sparklo to purchase themes, official plugins, platform model calls, and to tip creators. Sparks can be purchased in fixed USD packs through the account center; the checkout total includes a payment processing fee shown before purchase. Sparks are tied to your account, are not transferable between accounts, and have no cash value outside the platform. Refunds for Sparks top-ups follow the Refund Policy. Sparks received through tips stay within the platform and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash. Sparklo reserves the right to modify Sparks pricing and features.

AI-generated content

Sparklo facilitates AI-generated text through third-party AI providers. We are not responsible for the content generated by AI models. AI outputs may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected. Use AI-generated content at your own discretion.

Limitation of liability

Sparklo is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of the app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to Sparklo for the affected service during the relevant period.

Account termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, particularly for content theft or harassment
• You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support
• Upon termination, access to community and hosted services may be revoked; local data on your device remains yours

Changes to terms

We may update these terms as needed. Significant changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
