Acceptance

By creating an account or using Sparklo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

Sparklo is an AI character chat application with a creator community. The app runs locally on your device and connects to AI providers using your own API keys. The community platform hosts shared content and creator profiles. Sparklo does not provide AI services directly — you bring your own AI provider subscription.

Account and payment

• Registration requires a valid invite code and a one-time purchase of $6 USD
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• One account per person — sharing accounts or invite codes for commercial purposes is prohibited
• Payment is processed by Stripe. Refund terms are detailed in our Refund Policy

Community guidelines

• Do not redistribute, re-upload, or publicly share protected content from the community
• Do not attempt to extract, decrypt, or reverse-engineer protected content
• Do not harass, impersonate, or deceive other users or creators
• Do not upload malicious code, spam, or content that violates applicable laws
• Respect creators — their work is their intellectual property

Intellectual property

Creators retain full ownership of all content they create and share on Sparklo. By uploading content to the community, you grant Sparklo a limited license to store, encrypt, and distribute your content to authorized users. You may remove your content at any time, which revokes access for all users. Sparklo does not claim ownership over any user-created content.

Sparks (in-app currency)

Sparks are a virtual currency used within Sparklo to purchase themes, official plugins, and to tip creators. Sparks have no cash value outside the platform. Creators who receive Sparks through tips or theme sales may request withdrawal subject to minimum thresholds and platform policies. Sparklo reserves the right to modify Sparks pricing and features.

AI-generated content

Sparklo facilitates AI-generated text through third-party AI providers. We are not responsible for the content generated by AI models. AI outputs may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected. Use AI-generated content at your own discretion.

Limitation of liability

Sparklo is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app ($6 USD).

Account termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, particularly for content theft or harassment
• You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support
• Upon termination, access to community content is revoked; local data on your device remains yours

Changes to terms

We may update these terms as needed. Significant changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
