Sparklo is operated by CINDELLE PTE.LTD. ("Cindelle", "we", "us", or "our"). This policy explains how we handle information when you use Sparklo.
When you create an account, we store your username, email address, and a securely hashed password. We also store basic account metadata such as registration date, last login time, invite status, access grants, waitlist reservations, and payment records when you make a payment through Stripe.
Some interactive cards can respond to motion or sound level. Microphone access starts only after you choose to allow it. Sparklo processes the input transiently on your device to produce a coarse sound-level number; it does not record, store, or upload raw microphone audio, and the sandboxed card receives only that number. Capture stops when the card is no longer active or the app moves to the background. You can disable Interactive Card Events in Settings or revoke microphone access in your browser or device settings.
If you share content to the Sparklo community (characters, presets, worldbooks), that content is stored on our servers and made available to other authorized users. Creator-protected content is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. You retain full ownership of everything you create.
Account data is stored on our server with standard security practices (encrypted connections, hashed passwords, access controls). Hosted private app data is separated per user. Community protected content is encrypted or masked according to the protection rules for that content. We do not sell, share, or monetize user data in any form.
Sparklo uses a single authentication token stored in your browser's local storage to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or any third-party cookie services.
