You may request a full refund within 72 hours of purchase, no questions asked. Upon refund, your account authorization will be revoked and you will lose access to the app and all associated content. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
Unused Sparks may be refunded in full at any time. Sparks that have already been spent on themes, plugins, tips, or other in-app transactions are non-refundable. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Purchases of digital content (custom themes, official plugins) are final. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that digital content is delivered instantly and you expressly consent to immediate delivery, waiving any applicable cooling-off period. These purchases are non-refundable.
Contact us with your account email and reason for refund. We aim to process all requests within 48 hours.
